The Story of Abigail Cristea
For as long as I can remember, music and entertainment has always been a big part of me. Growing up in the heart of Los Angeles, the city of entertainment, and being around a music studio all my life, it became a passion of mine at a very young age. At 11 years old I started taking dance classes in Hollywood and doing acting jobs with my brother, Sam. Later on, with my family we started street performing at the Santa Monica Third Street and Pier. We did a variety of pop music where I either danced or played accordion. We adored Michael Jackson and performed many of his songs. I still remember all of the Thriller dance by heart!
It wasn’t until I was 13 that I started learning drums and that's when I found my passion. As I was progressing in my instrument, we continued to play on the Pier for a total of 7 years. We transitioned from a pop to a rock band which is how I learned all the major rock covers. That’s when we decided to call our rock band Liliac. Performing taught me to build my confidence in front of big crowds and be in my own world on stage. With Liliac, I was showcased on a couple of major tv shows, such as America’s Got Talent on NBC and World's Best on CBS. We have played at over 70 shows in North America and still counting. We have released multiple records, including 2 original albums which has hit #1 on rock charts. We have gotten over 13 million streams on Spotify, many multi million views videos on YouTube and grew many amazing followers along the way.
I have accomplished a lot as a performer with my family and I couldn’t be anymore thankful. Especially the fans who have supported my dreams. That’s why I created “Queen's beat” as a way for me to continue entertaining. I want to share with you all more about my life and grow more in my dreams. This has been something that I’ve been wanting to do for a while and I’m so thrilled I got enough courage to start. I want to continue to inspire and encourage others to love themselves, enjoy life and follow their dreams. I’m very excited for what the future holds. I hope you all will be apart of my journey. Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. God bless!
